PATS – Passenger Assistant Training Scheme

PATS is designed for anyone who has responsibility or has supervision of passengers travelling by car, taxi, minicab or large buses. The comprehensive one day training course covers legal, practical and safety issues aiming to improve passenger safety by providing the skills and information for passenger assistants to understand and meet the needs of their passengers.
